I used this company to buy a ring as a surprise for my partner, I used the ring sizer however, I got the size wrong, I used one of my partners rings over the sizing circle however but found the ring was bigger than expected due to my own faults it was hard to get it right but neve feared as Jonathan from the team was most helpful and allowed me to sort out a new size with all of his help and advice, this worked out well. I would highly recommend this company and ask advice before purchasing if necessary, they go above and beyond to help you with any questions. Product quality spot on and looks good too.

The ring was missing in the package the first time but I sent a message and they sent it straight away, I now have my ring, I'm very pleased with it, it's comfortable and I can now safely go free diving next year.

Received the product in good condition. The fit is true to size and as per the sizing chart, it is slightly raised around the edges however after a few days you don’t notice it. The design is smart and the rubber feels solid and strong, highly recommended.

I organised to get a Unii ring ahead of my wedding since I did not want a traditional metal one. I do love the colour and material of it. The first ring I purchased was slightly too big and Jonathan organised a replacement one for me that arrived quickly. I haven't tried any other silicon rings so don't know how they compare or how long these last - I like the thinness of this one (7mm) though. I think the price is at the right point I was happy to try it out and the customer service was really excellent.

This product clearly states you are entitled to a replacement once ANY time. We have had this ring less than 3 years and it’s completely snapped and gone really thin. I have asked for one replacement as per the listing but have now had to spend another £19 on a ring because I can’t get a replacement.

Good quality but the wrong size was posted out

I can't recommend this company highly enough. I ordered the wrong size and the customer service was incredibly helpful and understanding. I was a bit confused about how the "Perfect Fit Guarantee" worked as Amazon seems to make exchanges quite difficult but I contacted UniiRing by email and they sorted everything out for me. As for the ring, I haven't had it for very long but the quality is better than I expected from a silicon ring. It's very comfortable and looks great. I was worried that the silicon would get caught on fingers hairs and be irritating but the inside of the ring is very smooth so I can't see this being a problem. Packaging is very small and my delivery fit through the mail box.

This silicone ring/band is absolutely perfect. It’s lightweight, super comfortable, and I forget I’m even wearing it. The quality is top-notch, it feels durable but still soft and flexible. I love that I can wear it anywhere without worrying about scratching it or taking it off. Stylish, simple, and exactly what I needed. 10/10!

I wasn't exactly sure what size to get. I'm so glad they offer half sizes...and for the price, well you can't really complain. My husband's tungsten ring is gray so I picked the gray in this ring. Lemme just tell you that i couldn't even tell the difference between the two (at a glance). My husband has been wearing for a month and he says he can't feel it all. It stays in place even with soapy hands! Totally recommend it. Also I like how they sent me an email letting me know that if I had why issues to contact them.

My husband loves his ring and wasn't sure about size but ring has ability to stretch a bit which it did but he said it fits perfectly.

I bought this ring for my husband as a gift for our anniversary. His band was really heavy and had become too big after a burn to his hand, so he had to be very careful to make sure it didn't fall off. He does HVAC for a living and it was really getting in the way. I was very surprised at how much his Unii ring looked like his ring. It was shipped very quickly and fits perfectly. He's had a ton of compliments on it and how it doesn't look cheap like some of the others. I will definitely be ordering a second as a back up, just in case. We are very pleased! Update: we ordered a second ring last week because he's very rough on them and it was starting to get a small tear. I'm still amazed by how much this ring looks like his real tungsten band. I will continue to order this ring as often as needed. Still pleased! ANOTHER UPDATE: My husband’s injured finger is finally starting to plump back up so I ordered a bigger size and we are still pleased! I was also contacted by customer service after my previous purchase. They wanted to let me know that I didn’t have to keep buying a new one because they have a lifetime warranty so when his wears out or breaks, they’ll replace it. Wonderful customer service. My husband gets compliments on his ring all the time. We are very pleased!!! Ok ANOTHER update! (4-8-21) My husband’s ring broke. I contacted customer service to use our lifetime warranty. They replied in less than 24 hours and my husband had a new ring in 3 days! This company has the BEST customer service of any company I’ve experienced. That alone goes a long way! I will continue to recommend this company and their ring to everyone!!
