Master Airbrush Cool Runner II Compressor & Airbrush Kit 3 Airbrushes Paint

I make custom plushies for cosplaying (like shoulder dragons) and was never satisfied with hand painting the details and trying to get nice gradients was extremely difficult. My husband suggested I give airbrushing a shot. After some research I came across this listing and decided to get it without the air tank, you can get them cheaper at harbor freight if I decided I wanted. I was surprised the compressor is actually quiet (compared to compressors I’d been around before) and even with it running constantly while I work my husband can still game with his friends on the other side of the room without complaints.The guns (2gravity fed ones) ante easy to use and quick to learn. They are tricky to clean but I feel like that comes with the territory. I clean them before and after each use in case I missed some paint when I did my after cleaning.Now I’ll admit when I bought I only read that it came with 3 guns, I didn’t read what they were for. I was excited when I read what they were for. If the 2 metal ones you have the “large” area gun ( I use the most) and a detail one. The last is for culinary or makeup application. I haven’t used it yet but as a cosplayer I’m excited to try it for my next big makeup job.Overall I am extremely pleased with this kit and I recommend it to anyone, not just beginners.Oh and buy lots of cleaner

I've never used an airbrush before. That being said, I knew I wanted one, and had been watching reviews.This set came up on a suggested purchase list and I decided to bite the bullet, getting this and an additional cleaning set (I had watched a lot of YouTube recommendations).The kit came with everything I needed. The quality is solid, and while I know these aren't top of the line by any means, they'll do me just fine for a long time. The compressor was easy to figure out, as was cleaning (watch YouTube, it's a life saver). The paint included is more than enough to get started, the thinner and cleaner nice additions. I'll be honest, the included instructions are mediocre, but it's pretty self explanatory overall.The only thing not included that I would recommend is teflon tape for the air line connection into the airbrush itself.

I purchased this set for my kids as a starter set to see if they would enjoy it and they were excited about using it. After reading on the paint bottles, it is recommended that the paints be thinned for anything with a .5 nozzle or smaller, meaning the 2 gravity feed guns. They recommend a thinner that you have to purchase separate, but I didn't know this until they opened the paints on Christmas morning and we were trying to figure out how to use them. Also, a cleaner is needed to clean the gun. You can use the reducer but they also have a cleaner. If these couple items were included in the set, it would be wonderful. I do not have any stores around that sell airbrush anything, so I needed to make another order of needed items before we could try it out. Also got more bottles for the siphon feed sprayer, and a book on how to use it all.This could be a lot of fun once we have all of the accessories needed to keep it clean and running right. We have used it a couple times and it works great. Cleaning takes a little while but once we get the hang of it, it should go faster. All in All, I would purchase this item again. It is a lot of fun.

I'll rate the pieces 1-5 for reference and make notes on any cons or pros.Compressor: 5 (Works great without any loss of pressure,easy adjustment and attachments...super simple for anyone...connect hose, flip switch and adjust pressure)Guns (3): 5 (I figured I would compile these guns together...I tested all three and all three work perfectly. Clean lines and shading, consistent application and easy function,the buttons are all smooth,and easy to take apart and clean without overcomplexities.)Connections: 5 ( the air hose went on without any leaks,without pipe tape...on all ends. Secure and firm connections)Paint: 4 ( these paints are prethinned,and do work quite well for almost anything...the cleaner isn't as strong as I'd prefer,and some colors run and are thinned a tad too much...but overall they work well enough for a beginner without issue)Package: 5 ( nothing missing,and everything was tight and secure inside the box,nothing missing and nothing out of place)- I Hope my review could help you with this product.

I got this for my husband as a Christmas gift. He's a professional artist, and wanted to experiment with airbrush as a medium. While other reviews said that there are higher quality guns and whatnot, I found that this one is really exceptional. I worked with airbrush quite a bit when I did cake decorating, and this setup is much higher quality than I had there. The compressor is quiet, and because of the regulator, it doesn't have to run constantly. Be prepared that it will stop when the airbrush isn't actively running. The airbrush heads are fine quality, and we were both able to get a pretty controlled flow quickly. It will take some practice for anyone, but this is a great starter kit.When we got this one, the included regulator accessory had broken off of the compressor, and had broken the threads off that would have made it usable without the regulator. My husband was a bit disappointed that he couldn't use it right away, but i contacted the seller soon after. They were quick to return my email, and after exchanging about 3 emails for extra information, they rushed another compressor and regulator to me. I had it by Jan. 6. I was thrilled with the customer service offered, as well as the product itself.

Compressor is very quiet, I use it under the table I airbrush on, the noise doesn't bother anyone else. Everything you need is there, Three airbrushes, two are all metal very well made, parts are threaded together, all threads are smooth, you need to take it apart to clean. The paint is good paint, not junk just thrown in. You can spent a lot more for just a single Airbrush, great value. I am a new airbrush user so I conducted a lot of research and read a lot of reviews about small air compressors. I decided on this one because it had two fans and was a reasonable cost. I have been using this compressor for over a month and am pleased with the consistent pressure it provides, the quiet operation and size of this unit. It has never failed so far. I have had this compressor about three weeks and use it almost daily. lots of great features. I recommend this compressor to others who like to airbrush.

I have been having a blast with this set and even though I am rating it 3 stars it deserves 3.5. The airbrushes are not the highest quality but they are working well. I experience clogs and tip dry every once and a while but no big deal. For the price of the set it was worth it.The paints are good too. I read reviews that the reducer and cleaner were not included. In my set I did receive them. They mix well and with a little thinning they are spraying with good coverage.The book is not much help but with youtube I have all I need.The compressor runs hot. Very hot at times. The standing pressure hits 50-60 psi but the working pressure (when you are sending paint to the canvas,) is only 20 psi. Not great if you are doing shirts but just fine for much of what I do. I have run it for over an hour and it has not shut down on me.There was no color wheel in my kit as listed.I can see upgrading in the future if I stick with it.

As you can see in the image one of the hose clamps wasn't tightened so the minute I turned the compressor on the hose immediately separated from the fittingThe seller responded promptly and while they couldn't send a replacement as they're in the US and I'm in Canada and the cost of shipping the new hose would be too expensive, they offered me a partial refund to cover the cost of purchasing a new hose and even provided a link to one possible option. I really appreciated having the link as it tool away the anxiety of worrying whether I was getting a product that would work well as a replacement.The replacement hose arrived and I've used the airbrush and compressor a few times since and I'm very happy with the product. I've never used an airbrush before and I've found it very easy to set up and learn. This is a great product for someone just starting out.I've attached an additional image of my first work in progress (a grey 3d printed resin model) using golden airbrush paint and the m23 airbrush included in this kit

It's US voltage. U'll need a converter if u're in eg, SGCompressor is okay, airbrushes looks cheap out of the box. There is a good range of diff sizes and types, and would be great starter set.Did not bother at all with the paints.Made in China

New to airbrushing but this kit seems to do everything I need so far. Not overly noisy imo and cleaning is a breeze.

This item broke the second time I used it. A screw broke off on the gun part and I am returning it. A huge disappointment as I was really looking forward to using it.
