I started off with taking plain Polypodium for my extreme skin issues, with some favorable results. So, when I saw THIS product, I decided to see if their extra ingredients REALLY made a difference...they DO!!! For me! Seriously...my eczema has virtually disappeared! My skin is velvety smooth. Small skin aberrations are literally shrinking and disappearing, and can be picked off. And...i swear, a failed freezing of a Squamous Cell Carcinoma on my right shoulder IS shrinking, and is now 90% resolved! I take one capsule after breakfast, and one after dinner. Boom! For my budget it's a little pricey, AND I HAPPILY pay for it because it's a quality supplement that DOES WORK WELL FOR ME. I'm seeing skin changes that NO OTHER PRODUCT has done. It's a journey. I'm all about skincare and will try almost anything to keep my skin healthy and slow down/minimize the signs of aging. I was recommended to try Smarter Skin from a friend. I was a little weary since it's something you ingest and I'm terrible with keeping up with taking daily vitamins, but I purchased the bottle of Smarter Skin to give it a try. It's been about 2 months since I started taking them, and I definitely haven't been consistent. I end up forgetting to take them on the weekends since I leave the bottle at work and I think there was a week or so I didn't take them all when I went out of town. Even with my spotty routine, I think the Smarter Skin is helping with my skin texture, but I've also changed/added a couple new items to my routine at the same time. Overall, I have noticed my skin texture is smoother/softer when I'm taking them more consistently. It's definitely something you have to keep taking and observing more longer term. I'm going to keep taking them to see the true benefits.

With our skin being the largest organ on our bodies, why would we not want to invest in it? I really needed something to vamp up and nurture my skin this past year. Once a day commitment is something that is very doable, especially when the pill is quite small and easy to swallow. Over time, I noticed a subtle change in my skin as there was a sheen to it. I knew it had to be from smarter skin because it was the only change I made to my skincare regimen. I would definitely recommend smarter skin to anyone. Investing in our skin is always a good idea :)

I use to love this product and used it for many years until they added astragalus to the formulation UGH! I couldn’t figure out what was make me feel ill until it dawned on me that they added astragalus which is a legume and I’m allergic to legumes unfortunately! So I had to stop taking it BIG BUMMER because it did help me from getting sunburned and my skin looked nice. If they take out the astragalus I will be a returning customer.

I have been taking 2 a day for over a year. I have had skin issues for as long as I can remember. Acne, blackheads, redness, and scarring all over my cheeks so I wanted something that would help heal my skin from within and prevent other issues in the future. This has become part of my skincare routine and I will continue to use it! My skin is the best it’s been in a LONG time and I owe it partly to these!

This made my skin worse. After using it,I broke out all over my face,but the bumps are still there,weeks later!, they won't clear,and then it gave me the whiteheads under the skin,so now my skin is even worse than before I purchased it!!, this is an awful product,and these bumps now are deep under the skin,I don't even know what I'm going to do now.Avoid this product,I wish I never took this crap,messed up my skin very badly!!!

I used to purchase the Heliocare brand, but it was frequently becoming unavailable. I opted for this item from Smarter Skin a few months ago. Same amount of active extract per pill as the other brand (I only take one pill per day). It also contains other beneficial herbs/extracts that I was curious about. So far, so good. More affordable too. No noticeable difference in my skin, but no bad reactions either. I'm just taking it for the potential sun protection, along with regular sunscreen use and protective clothing, essential for a Florida resident!

I've been trying to improve my skin for awhile since I'm in my mid to late 40's (ouch) and use to spend a lot of time in the sun (as a swimmer and runner). I've tried probably everything - peels, microdermabersion, gycolic acid, egg whites, lasers - pretty much all that was recommended but have found most of the harsher stuff actually made my skin worst. So I'm sticking with more natural products such as facial oils, botanical sprays, and eating healthy. Still - skin wasn't improving but at least was not going downhill. Until I tried this product. I've waited almost a month before leaving a review and my skin has a healthier glow now (maybe due to feeding nutrients to help my skin from the inside) and not just the outside (where when the facial oils stop, so does the "glow"). Would definitely recommend!
