Q: Where would i get internet from to set it up as a ap ??

You would need to have internet existing at at least one end of the link. the items are primarily for Point to Point, in other words to send internet to a different location. These radios do not get internet by them selves, you must connect one to a network that has internet connection, for example, come off your router set the LBE 5AC to ACCESS POINT, and you could connect to it but the common denominator is that there has to be internet at some location that feeds the unit. By the way, I use these units to service customers 5 to 9 miles away and am very impressed with these units. I use them every chance I get.

The newer Ubiquiti AIRMax products cannot do this. This item cannot do this. The older Loco M5 can, but more likely you want an M2 for 2.4ghz compatibility. These can ONLY link to each other.
