I love the fragrance of Simply Organic garlic powder, I do not smell any vanilla flavor the potency is very strong I like that part too. It's easy to use when cooking. The function as it's supposed to, granulated powder is great.

I really like this brand of spices and especially like the fact that the garlic is organic. I find this brand stays fresh longer than some other brands that tend to cake up quickly. I do put all my spices in snack plastic bags to keep out moisture as this area is high in moisture and that seems to help keep spices free longer. This spice has great flavor!

This Garlic Powder is a convenient helper. Garlic Salt seems stronger, you want to be able to put just a bit on, depending on the recipe. Real Becky Dokter Grelson, female. Still here.

This is a good organic garlic powder. The flavor is strong but not biting. The price is high for pre-covid times but about average for Amazon now, and most other places don't have it now, so I was happy to find it.
