Good cage
10 out 10 would recommend buying, very sturdy, there is more then enough room for my two birds to fly around in it comfortably only complaint is that the instructions make zero sense but it is worth the money

Great Buy!
This cage is awesome! Easy to put together. A huge upgrade from my other cage and my bird loves it! The doors are easy access and my favorite part it the catch at the bottom of the cage so my floor isn’t a disaster anymore! Easy to clean is a plus too!

Nice cage great customer service
The cage Was not quite as Heavy Duty as I would have hoped, but a very nice cage. ZENY was very responsive to my concerns. Really stand behind their products.

Perfect for Conures
Assembly was complicated at times but manageable. My bird loves this cage and it has been a breeze to decorate and personalize. Some poop (like once or twice) has managed to get on the floor even with the guard (it's extremely rare). Overall highly recommend

Garbage Customer Service/Flimsy Quality
I bought the cage for my senegal - obviously I didn't expect the top of the line quality. Those cages for for $300 plus but I received a damaged cage. The welding between the door and the frame was broken. Unfortunately, I did not notice till I put the cage together. The directions were pointless and it took me over two hours to put together (not proud of that). I had to keep looking at the picture online and figures out what was what. The cage looks good, I'll give it that and for a senegal I wasn't concerned about the easily bendable slates. The problem is that the seller has jerked me around since August 16th. I've been going back and forth with them. The said that they would send a replacement panel, I was somewhat ok with this even thought I would have to take the cage apart to replace the panel. I then asked them if they could give me additional hardware just in case something broke when I took it apart, they asked me :(ugh) to tell them what hardware I would need. That was an additional annoyance, I'm like you should know?!?!? After that I see another message from them asking my address so that delayed the shipment by an additional two days. Last week I'm like wow where is the replacement part. I contact the seller, they tell me that it was shipped (really I didn't get a notification- they told me I would) and that the confirmation said I would received by this past Tuesday, September 19th. I did not receive it. I contacted Amazon and they said I had to go back to the third part seller and ask for a replacement cage in order to start any additional process. The seller said they would accept a return - wait what and that they would then refund me when they received it. Which means I would have to take the cage apart and do what with my bird while I wait for my money back. So I contacted amazon customer service tonight and told them that it is not acceptable - I want either a replacement cage prior to the return or my money back so I can get a new cage. Amazon said it could take up to 2 weeks to resolve this before they can take action to refund me. I spend about 1000 plus a month on amazon. Totally unacceptable customer service all the way around. BTW there are other cages on amazon that look like they are better quality for about $20 more. DON'T GIVE THIS SELLER YOUR BUSINESS

NOT for Cage Destructive Birds!
The media could not be loaded. I’m giving this cage five stars because I believe it is a good value for the price. It serves the purpose that I bought it for. Let me begin by saying this cage is adequate if you have small birds or even a larger bird that is not cage destructive! But if you have a bird that likes to destroy its cage, I would not recommend this one because the wires are very small gauge and easily bendable. There is also not much reinforcement on the side panels, where I can easily bend the wires with my old arthritic fingers. I bought this for my lesser sulfur crested cockatoo. She is not cage destructive and has no interest in much of anything other than chewing up her toys and sitting on her perch, and looking out the window. I have a blue front Amazon that I was considering the same cage for, but have now decided it would not work for him because he is cage destructive. I also had an umbrella cockatoo in the past, who would have destroyed this cage in less than 30 minutes. I think this cage would be great for caiques, conures, lorikeets, etc. The cage does come with the play top and the seed guards. I will put the play top on after she becomes used to her new home. I do not use seed guards because I’ve ripped myself open on them too many times. And I don’t think they work anyways

Great Cage
My bird uses the perch on the top of the cage whenever he can. If you need to feed him without opening the cage it's easy to do. The food and water dishes have a door. I also love the color. It's a good value, quality and size for an Amazon parrot. Samson is a double yellow head.

Good cage, subpar locks
The cage itself is well constructed and wasn't very difficult to put together; however, the doors where the food and water dishes are kept do not close in a way that actually keeps them latched shut. They can be easily opened. I had to add carabineers to every door to ensure that they stay closed. The tray is also too low, and the catch system does not work. Most seeds and shells fall there, but a lot end up on the floor around it too.
