The aroma and flavor are wonderful. Improved my sichuan recipes a whole lot.

My wife love these Zestful food Sichuan Peppercorns seed very much. She marinated them with chicken and fish, they taste delicious and smell very good.

I ordered this on a whim. Saw it while looking for something else. It has very good flavor but is not Sichuan hot. It is not what I would call a Pepper Corn, it is almost like a dried bud or flower. It works very well in my pepper grinder. So, if you are looking for flavor, this is great, for heat, not so much.

When I opened the package the aroma was great! I toasted some and added them to a beef dish and they gave me the sensation I expected. I did transfer them to a glass jar with sealing cap to keep them fresh.

Great flavor and quality.

Another item I cannot find in Florida, so I ordered them. The bag is large. I haven't used them yet, but I am sure they will be great.

The fragrance upon opening the package was Wonderful. When grinding, the fragrance was heady, promising.Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of grit in the taste. Also stems, woody.Bummer!I sieve sifted and still got a bit of grit. Since food items cannot be returned, I shall try a sieve with bigger mesh openings and hope the grit will fall through, leaving only Fragrant Flavourful Peppercorn.
