Normally, I buy my calcium gluconate from another supplier and theirs is ground down much better to a really fine powder. Unfortunately, and very commonly, they are out of stock. With that said, for the price, you cannot go wrong with this brand. And for those who are not familiar with this type of calcium, then do your body a huge favor and do an internet search for "calcium gluconate food for a tired liver" to understand the importance of this form of calcium.

I am adding it to my morning smoothie. The taste is blending well and not intrusive. Good source of highly absorbent calcium.

Good product

I take so much, I now buy the ones I use most in bulk. I bought those square glass jars at Walmart and have lined up about 20 of them on my counter (I use them more if they are in my face). At first it was nasty to put a bunch of powders into a cup with a tiny bit of water, stir, drink, followed by orange or other juice, but now I am used to it. It IS nasty, but way better than trying to swallow 12 pills in order to sleep. I think ALL the bulk powders come from China, which I absolutely hate like hell, but even the ones that say "packaged in the USA" are getting their bulk from China. I just don't trust it at all. Wish there was an alternative. Meantime, I gotta take the stuff to survive, and the mason jars really helped me a lot.

Priceless! This supplement was purchased for my 5yr old green iguana after she was experiencing signs of metabolic bone disease. The powder is easily diluted and the ONLY supplement out there that lists OTHER INGREDIENTS: NONE!!!! No other calcium supplement is that pure. There are no fillers or binding agents- just Calcium Gluconate. Bulk brand supplements are the only way to go. I challenge you to find any other nutritional company that holds their products to this high standard.

Just began using this product for my program to turn my system balance more alkaline based on the teachings of Dr. Carey Reams. The BulkSupplements Pure Calcium Gluconate powder vs. taking several large capsules 2X per day as well as saving a lot of money are both big advantages to me. I just mix it with a 1/4 cup of organic whole milk or stir it into a serving of organic plain yogurt and it tastes fine. Just mixed with pure distilled water it is a little bitter, not really bad but certainly not yummy in water only. Didn't do 5 stars because I just started taking it.
