The best pasta! I ummmed & ahhhhed about spending this much on pasta, compared to supermarket brands & my husband confirmed my opinions tonight! This pasta is so light! & tasty! Amazing!!!

Needing a wide pasta and online supermarkets don’t sell
I have a great Gordon Ramsay mushroom pasta recipe, for which he uses lasagna sheets, cooked and cut into strips. I remember pappardelle from the past (it’s less work) but online supermarkets only stock what’s popular with their customers - as with so many things
