I just got my Honda Fit and was looking for accessories. When I came across this was LOL'd , like seriously a first aide kit .After thinking about it , I placed my order. My first thought was the price its about pricey .. My fear was that the item as going to be flimsy and I would be super annoyed at my self for getting it .When it arrived , and it took a bit longer than I am used with amazon prime . I wasn't thrilled about it . After I opened it , I was surprised. The case it self is pretty well made , sturdy . The seller of this products is the items inside. It holds so much ! I was very impressed with all the items it comes with , it was like the gift that kept giving .. if your into medical supplies.If you are thinking about this item and have yet to make up your mind , just order it ! you wont regret it .I love having it in my car I just hope I never have to use it but if I need to im ready .

Yes, you can attach it to your trunk sides...
Kit is pretty nice. I found purchasing directly from Honda is a pain, since their site feels like it was built in the 90's and never updated. I felt like I had to downgrade my computer to Windows 3.11 in order to see the page correctly.At any rate, this kit seems original and authentic, has everything that is advertised. As far as how it attaches to the wall of your car... it depends.If your trunk has a fabric lining then don't use the Velcro tape backing (the white tape part), simply take off the backing and use the Velcro attached to the kit itself to directly affix to the fabric lining. If you have a plastic lining trunk, then use the Velcro backing, peel off the white tape off the Velcro tapes and attach those to the side of the trunk.

Genuine Honda First Aid
Definitely seems to be a genuine Honda first aid kit. It comes with velcro so it was easy to stick it in the trunk of my 2019 Honda Civic. It does tend to fall off from time to time though.

Great little kit.
Purchased this not long ago and when it arrived I made sure to peek through it to see what all was inside. I was surprised to see how much they really stuffed in there! Being a Genuine Honda Parts kind of person this is perfect. It was put in our Honda Fit and it's size and shape was perfect for the storage compartment in the back. The Velcro held it in place nicely back there as well. Hopefully we never have to use this, but when a time comes that we do, I'll be rest assured knowing how much I have available to me now.
