Dr. Martens1461 Nappa, Black, 10 M US Women/9 M US Men

I wear a size 9 US and these fit perfectly. Very comfortable and little break in time needed. I knew they would work well as soon as I put them on and quality seem to be very good. Everything looks to be genuine.

Very nice!!! I was a little apprehensive as this was my first online purchase of shoes.They far exceeded my expectations. I will post a follow-up as to how they hold up in the demanding restaurant field.

I've had a pair of Doc Martins since the 90s, this is my fourth pair. I expected the same quality I’d known in the past and purchased this pair based off brand loyalty.That was a mistake.The “leather” seems petrified with zero give and then you have to pay for “comfort inserts”.I can't return the shoes because I've worn them and I have a conscience so I can't donate them to charity. They’ll probably just collect dust until I'm tired of seeing them and then it's the landfill where they belong.

This is a good-looking, sturdy shoe. The nappa has the medium shine between black (flat) and butter (very shiny). This 3 Eye Shoe tends to run wide, and for me, just a little short in length. It is stiffer than average, but I found that a shoe insert helped with overall comfort. It has stood up to heavy use very well. Looks great with jeans, but not quite with business casual. Good casual shoe; durability with style.

The comfort and the finish is great.

Gave these to my son who walks to work and is on his feet at work for over 8 hours. These have held up well and kept his feet dry and comfortable. It is a heavier shoe, but works best for him as he wears lighter weight ones out quickly.

You can't go wrong with Dr. Martens. I recommend allowing a break in period before wearing them to do any extended walking. This will give the leather a chance to break in a bit preventing blisters. I walked my dogs while wearing these when I first got them and paid for it with blisters on the back of my heal at the top of the shoe. Since then, however, I have worn them at length with no issues.
