Beat my expectation.

very nice texture, firm and delicious, with a slight sharpness to it. And healthy to boot. If you are health conscious, and enjoy a nice thick slice of high quality cheese, this might be what you are looking for. This was my first time trying it and I'll be back for more when this is gone.And by the way, I have a dairy sensitivity, not intolerance mind you, but I have detected absolutely now ill affects after eating this. Which is a great help in me being able to get calcium into my diet.

This was a great price, and only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was there was not adequate cold packs. The cheese was not warm, but not cold. When I opened the package I could tell it had not yet gone bad.Hopefully the seller will see this review, as if it had been delayed another 4-6 hrs it would not have been safe to eat.

This cheese has a good taste and a good consistency.

Not Good

Jarlsberg is our favorite cheese. This most recent order just did not pass muster. The taste had a bite, as if it had aged well past its prime. And the texture was somewhat crumbly, indicating that it may have been frozen. So not impressed with this batch but will order again hoping this was a fluke.

This cheese is a classic goes with everything.
