Good option
I was looking for a knife with a marlin spike. This is an attractive, slim, knife with a good lockup for the spike. Slip joint knife is fine enough.

An Excellent Knife
An excellent knife at a good price. Not mentioned in the ad, the marlinspike automatically locks when it is pulled out for use. This is a very good feature. Without the lock, the spike is hard to use.The bone handles make for an attractive knife. The edge on the blade is very sharp indeed. It needed no further sharpening.

Quality control could be better
First item came with handle damage, got a replacement that had smaller damage in a similar spot. Decided to just fill it with epoxy and resand/polish the scales to get them more white

A very well made knife. Great boater's knife
I had one of these in my Navy days and it's even better. I really like bone handle. A very well put together blade. Too bad it's made in China.

Really nice knife right out of the box! Came sharpend and needed nothing done to it. The spike locked as it should and the bone handles are smooth and glossy. A good value in a small priced knife I would recommend it for price alone

Beautiful and dull
This is an impressive looking knife, very classic lines. The marlinespike is duller than others I have, which is a good thing. The blade however is dull as the weather channel. I spent an hour working the edge, with no results.
