Great product - exactly as advertised
I should leave more reviews, but when I ordered paper towels and get paper towels it is hard to be motivated to rate. This product, however, seemed too good to be true... I have large dogs and vinyl and hardwood floors. Due to the dogs tracking in dirt etc. I like to not have rugs so everything is easy to clean. I have been searching for a solution for them slipping on the floors for years to no avail. I found this product and was hesitant but decided to give it a try.Mixing both additives into the gallon of solution was a bit time consuming and complicated. Since I wasn't using the entire gallon I had to measure out proportions and guess how much I was going to use. I do have experience working with epoxies, so it wasn't any more complicated than that. After I got everything mixed up I applied with a brush and roller. It went on smooth and was very easy to work with. I do also have experience with oil and water based polyurethane. This was easier to apply than normal polyurethane due to the texture hiding any little imperfections. I put a fan on the area I did (vinyl, metal threshold, and oak hardwood). The wood dried faster than the vinyl and metal so I was worried for a minute, but it all dried even faster than advertised. I put 2 coats on and the dogs are LOVING it. Even after coming in from the snow they did not slide! I plan on replacing all of the flooring in my house with interlocking vinyl tile/plank next year (trust me it is the most durable, easy to maintain, and beautiful flooring out there for rentals and dogs) and I will be buying several gallons of this stuff to prevent slipping throughout the entire house!I will say that a sponge mop probably shouldn't be used on this floor as the texture would probably just tear it up. I use a little 1' push broom as a mop and that has worked well so far.

Did not work and started peeling off in a couple weeks! And Terible customer service!
What makes it even worst is that when I called the company directly they sold me on getting more and just letting it dry longer, but the product just kept failing. When I finally gave up I called them over the phone and they said sorry just return it all for a refund, I spent $180 returning it and on the same day I get an email that they will not except the return because it was over 30days and I would not get a refund.... WHAT! Now I am desputing with AX and hopefully they will be able to get these guys to honor what they say to customers.

Terrific product in every way.
Terrific product. Certainly gives my dog more confidence going down stairs after she slipped several times. Does not diminish the finish to the stairs _ even adds a gloss. And the slightly bumpy finish isn’t a distraction and isn’t difficult to clean. Although yes, it requires some work to put the product on . . . we did two coats.

Not perfect but did make floor safer.
Works better on tile flooring. Goes on easy but takes a long time to dry even in low humidity. The wood floor was prepared and sanded but it is already peeling in spots after a few weeks.

The product goes on easy and looks great
Put on floors to prevent my dogs from slipping. The product goes on easy and looks great. Floor look fresh and shiny, but it did not help the dogs as much as I had hoped. I will still need a secondary method to help them from slipping.

Great Product!!!
We have a 16 y/o Australian Cattle Dog who had fallen in our kitchen and dislocated her hip. She had almost recovered from her fall when she slipped again in the bathroom on some puddled water. We had every rug I could find to prevent another fall that would surely have taken her life. I found Slip Doctors floor grip and decided to give it a try. It was easy to apply and actually looks pretty nice too. Daisy is now walking securely on our vinyl floors. One tip I have is when you remove the tape from around the edges, make certain the product has completely cured before removing. We had to reapply where it had lifted with the tape. We used a razor blade to keep that from happening with the rest of the floors when removing the tape.

did not work
I actually purchased this from the manufacturer and was not satisfied. The floor bubbled and peeled and the non-slip surface lasted only a couple of weeks. It was very hard to put on without puddling and our lamintate floor was still slippery.

Peeled off my floor. Was awesome at first.
This worked well the first month. Then started to peel off. Looks horrible on. Not happy.
