This book helped me a lot in establishing my travel agency business. Before buy it, my knowledge about the functionality and nature of this business was very little, but this book enlighted me and gave me the confidence and now I am running the business and generating money.

Very helpful and informative.
This book is very informative and extremely helpful. It has weblinks to several sites that provide information on travel. I would have like to have seen more information on home-base internet travel agencies and more on niche marketing, but overall it is a good book.

The book was written in 2010, so while some of the information is still relevant, much of it (especially the recommendations on technology) is really outdated.

This book had some good information but very outdated. Most Travel agents are independent contractors now and since pandemic much has changed.
