Good price. Gets the job done

We are an organization in which the quality of our office supplies is essential. After a month of purchasing the item broke, while attempting to find a resolution, the seller declined to offer a replacement and was not even curious as to what the malfunction was/is. I would not consider purchasing this item if you are running an administration office that requires reliable products to get the job done in a timely manner. The price is not worth the product. The ease of use was a failure.

We had this product before, but had to replace it when a coworker put too many pages in it and broke it. We really liked it, so we got the exact same one again. It's great because it can do 2 or 3 hole punches, plus staple smaller stacks of paper (same as a regular stapler).

I LOVE this machine. I print score reports for 180 students every month and they are four pages each. So, I have to 3 hole punch them and staple each report together. This has cut my time in half!

We bought this because it did everything we needed to do. Or it seemed. It stapled, Punched 2 hole, and 3 hole. sounds good. Well in reality it is not so good, At least not better than a stapler, two hole punch and three hole punch. This really stresses over 15 20 lb pages with the 3 hole. At over 20 it is hit or miss if the punch retracts at all and you have to use the manual disengage knob. We like the button to punch because the alignment is not fool proof so you have to adjust the paper quite a bit before you punch. Then when you do it grinds and whirrs and coughs and spins and grinds some more. Then you can remove the paper to find jagged edges. Not too bad though. The two hole punch is fine for small stacks too. But there is nothing to assure you don't punch two holes in the top on 3" centers rather than the standard two holes. If you leave the 2 or 3 hole slider out of position it is on you. Seems simple to add a position switch but there isn't one. We have had a number of push whir grind, cough, oh rats, so far. The stapler is actually scary BAM It staples. Sometimes once, sometimes twice and occasionally as many times as it can before you pull out the now shredded paper with 20 stacked staples in the corner sticking out every which way. You really never know if it will staple or where it will staple. Scary. I thought we were buying consistency thru automation but this machine is more like "DANGER Will Robinson" Danger. It is a lot of amusement for a couple hundred bucks. But, not very productive. Actually, we will probably use it as entertainment making sure never to insert anything important.

The stapler portion quit working after just a few months. We thought we were saving over purchasing a different brand for more money and ended up losing $150. No wonder the return policy was only 30 days.

We got this to replace the last one we had that broke. This one the slide that switches the hole punch is so hard to move. sometimes it doesnt even want to move. we have to forcefully slide it over and it usually takes a few tries. we thought maybe it just needed to 'break in' (none of the others we had did this) but its still extremely stiff and not sliding how it should. i dont have a return option... going to contact amazon support.
