Good, not great.
A little less sturdy than I had hoped, and the ceiling support was not long enough for my installation. Otherwise, it fits the space and will be great for what I wanted.

Not what we expected
It is very flimsy and we have tried to get it up and working to no avail. We have a handyman coming to help us - if that doesn't work, we'll have to return it.

There was a part included that had no directions or even identified. The directions were very brief and I contacted company and they just sent the same directions. The basic directions we understood, but it was very weak and unsturdy, we were hoping the unidentified piece would aid in securing it. Usually we are very pleased with Amazon and have been very happy, but this is not one.
