Trusted brand
In a panic when I lost some hearing suddenly, I ordered this brand because it had been around a long time and it is trusted. To my relief, one treatment and it was indeed a wax build up which was quickly resolved.

Superior to Debrox
I have found the Murine Ear Wax Removal kit far more effective than the Debrox. Unfortunately, I can never find the Murine in the stores. When I saw them available on Amazon, I bought two.

Underwhelming
Packaging arrived slightly crushed. Not a whole lot of noticeable or singular evidence of effectiveness. I suspect basic home remedies such as common(sense), warm solutions with hydrogen peroxide and/or alcohol would be just as effective. Overall, just ok.UPDATED: I misspoke in my initial review about bulb use/instructions not being provided when, in fact, there was mention of using warm water. For that oversight I apologize and have added a star.
