For my Avalon gear knob, I preferred to have a little bit bigger cover, but it is beautiful and satisfactory.

Looks good but not the best
This looks great but the fit is loose. It's lightweight (soft or cheap feeling). It will not tighten down completely. If you continue tightening it will not strip, it will break (made of thin plastic). It's not the worst but not the quality replacement I was hoping for.. guessing I'll have to replace it again.

Easy to install.
It just takes a couple minutes to lace up the leather. Loos and feels great.
