I don't remember what size I bought. It was a gift and it fit nicely. The receiver was about 5'3". I may have gotten the medium. You may have to shorten just a little. But nice item he loved it!!

A: Depends how you like it to look. My 10 yr old is slim, wears 12slim jeans and YL shirts. I ordered the 11/12 was a bit small for my liking. So i guess a size small.
