Perfect for people who hold pens in a funny way -- it's so super-comfy!
I hold pens in a very bizarre way. My thumb bends at the knuckle and is tucked under the pen, with my index finger pressing down on top of the pen and digging into the corner of my thumbnail. This puts a lot of pressure on my thumb which can cause a lot of discomfort. I've never seen anyone else hold a pen this way so it's sort of hard to describe. So when I discovered the Uni-ball Signo 207 Premier pen several years ago, it was like this pen was made for ME! The super-squishy-soft cushioning is AMAZING. If this pen's grip were a mattress it would be a Tempur-Pedic, it's THAT comfortable. Other pens claiming to have a "soft cushioned grip" don't even come close. This is the real deal. When I started my current job 8 years ago I bought one of these pens and never looked back. It is the only pen I use, end of. Everyone in my office knows that my pen is off-limits. I don't let people use it, even for a quick signature here or there -- there's too much temptation for them to "accidentally" walk away with it.I only have 3 quibbles with this pen -- two practical, one aesthetic. My 207 Premier pens last around 3-4 years each; I go through maybe 2-3 ink refills a year, since I use the pen every day. That's actually really good for a pen that cost under $8. When I replace the pens it's not because I lose them but because, after a certain amount of time, that squishy gel cushioning grip begins to break down. It starts to "separate" and become lumpy, and the areas where the most pressure is placed thins out. There is a simple solution to this: Uni-ball could just sell replacement cushioning grips. I'm guessing they don't sell these because they'd prefer people pay more for a new pen.I also don't like that you can't buy this pen with blue ink. If you want blue ink then you have to buy a separate refill pack. I use blue ink because I notarize a lot of documents. I always end up having to buy ink refills anyway because of how much I use this pen, but it would be nice to be able to have the option to have blue ink upfront. The aesthetic downside (if you can call it that) is that the 207 Premier is now only available in silver. Years ago you could also find it in metallic blue and metallic pink. I actually own the blue one. The cushioning grip eventually broke down, so I bought a second (silver) 207 Premier, removed the grip from the silver one and put it on the blue one. That worked for a couple of years, until that grip started breaking down. Then I bought a third (silver) 207 Premier and tried the same thing, but I wasn't able to remove the cushioning grip from the new silver pen. So now I just use the silver pen. It's not a big deal -- obviously the color of the pen's case has no impact on its usability -- but I found the blue pen easier to find on my desk! All in all, I can't recommend this pen enough. I've actually given this pen as gifts -- and the recipients love them! I have yet to meet someone who doesn't.

Best Pen Ever
I highly recommend the Uniball 207 Premier. This is by far the best pen I have ever used. It writes smooth and easy. It feels nice in the hand. Substantial but not too heavy. The cushy grip really adds to the feel and comfort. Brushed metal casing makes it look like a very expensive pen. I am always happy with my writing when I use the 207 Premier. The closest I have ever come to the 207 is the Pilot G2 Limited, but the Pilot pen (too heavy, not cushy, and doesn't write as smooth) doesn't even touch the Uniball 207 Premier.

Nice pen for journal writing (and large hands)
After years of "writing" using computers and iPads I decided to try writing three pages a day by hand in a notebook. i soon discovered that most pens are not comfortable for writing so much and I experienced sore fingers and cramps in my hand. Some probably due to not writing for so long but some definitely due to the pens I was trying. They were too thin, too short, and not comfortable. So I shopped..and shopped. I came across the 207 Premier. It is an extremely comfortable pen with a nice grip and adequate length and width for large hands. It glides nicely on the paper and still feels good after 30-60 minutes of writing. I haven't subjected it to any extreme conditions but it works well for daily writing and note taking.

This pen is wonderful. Writes very well and is very comforting to write with. The grip part is a little sticky at first; but the sticky wears off soon. Good grip and great for hands that stiffen from time to time.

Great Pens!
I was looking for some good pens for work since I have to write so often. I was reading reviews of pens online when I stumbled upon this pen. It has a great feel and writes fairly smooth. I wanted something that did not bleed through the paper and dried fast. These pens bleed slightly, but nothing distracting. I love using them and am actually excited to write with them! (for now anyway). A review of this product said they only received one pen, but I received the 6 pack. I ordered it directly from Amazon and it took a while for them to be back in stock, but it was worth it for the price and quality of pens.

Great Pen, but OPENED AND USED
The pen itself is wonderful, the 207 ink flows effortlessly and the cushioned grip is helpful for someone with a tight grip, but the pen did not ship in its original packaging. It came in a plastic tube. Secure enough, but the lack of Uniball label made me suspicious, so I cracked the pen open and compared the cartridge in it to a new set. These were also shipped from TNT with the pen, but were in their original packaging. The cartridge in the pen was about half a centimeter lower than the others, which equates to about 5 full pages of writing. Given that the pen was opened prior to shipping, I can't just chalk that difference up to a factory error.Though this isn't nearly enough to offset the cost of shipping from other sellers (the pen works fine, that's why I'm not returning it) it is very unprofessional and it can't possibly save them enough money to make losing a perceptive and mouthy customer worth it. 207 refills are $1 to $2 each RETAIL, though they probably pay a fraction of this in bulk, and they used maybe a tenth of it, but that dime or less means I shop elsewhere from now on. These people get pens at wholesale prices, they or their suppliers really can't afford to just open a few to keep for themselves? I doubt it.I hate to give such a great pen only three stars, but if you have a few extra bucks for shipping, I advise you buy from a different seller.

Your new favorite pen.
The Uni-ball SigNo 207 is one of the best ball point pens I've used. It doesn't skip or blot, and writes smooth as can be. In your hand, the pen feels nice, especially the rubber comfort grip above the tip. This Premier model is a little bit thicker, has a softer rubber insert, and feels a little heavier. Has a nice weight in your hand, and just as comfy as the standard 207 if not more so. It costs a little more, but it will be your new favorite, and after all you can buy refills.
