I don't know if it was a bad batch or this is the way it is supposed ...
I don't know if it was a bad batch or this is the way it is supposed to smell. The order was stale and soapy would the best way to describe it. Did not have a ginger smell to it. I usually make my own with fresh ginger which I blend then dehydrate, and you can smell the ginger sugars which persist until I finish my batch more than 3 months in a jar. I tossed it not wanting to take any chances.
