Revlon Perfect Style 1-3/4" Round Porcupine Brush, RV2931

Fantastic brush! I have curly hair that I sometimes straighten and have always wanted this kind of brush. I saw it at WalMart so with the Amazon app I scanned the barcode and found it to be $2 cheaper here! Of course I had to wait 2 days to get it, but I just went curly those two days. When it came, I tried it out immediately and love how well it straightens, how fast it dries the hair, and how gentle it gets out the knots. I was always afraid that my klutziness would get the better of me and I'd knot up my hair in a round brush, or get the brush stuck to my head, but the size of the barrel makes that nearly impossible. Watch a few YouTube videos on how to roll the brush as you dry and you'll get shiny, non-frizzy hair in the end.

Love this brush! This is the second I bought (I need a spare to keep at my boyfriend's place) because it works so well. Grips hair well without damaging and is perfect for styling my bangs while blow drying. The bristles have plastic caps so they aren't painful like some brushes I've tried. And this brush lasts-- I still have the original one I purchased years ago and use it daily.

I like using this brush because it’s very easy to use if you know how to blow dry or are learning. The bristles don’t scrape my scalp and actually grasp my strands when I dry them. It gives my hair shine and body when I use it. I highly recommend this brush.

I got this to straighten my fine curly hair and it does a nice job at it. As other reviews have stated, this is a big brush, and the barrel is bigger than 1-1/2". When I fist got it my hair length was a little above my shoulders and the size of the brush seemed good for that length, and still works good for my hair now that is longer.The only thing I'm not crazy about is the handle, it seemed a bit slippery and took some getting used to and adjusting my grip when pulling. Also, I have notices some of the boar bristles falling off, and they seem to have shrunk and looked a little burned or something. Comparing to another round brush that I owned and I believe to be boar bristles only, that doesn't seem normal. For that reason, even though I think is an overall good brush for the price and and still like the results, I may look closely to that detail in a future purchase.

Works well used with blow dryer or on it's own. Good for medium to long hair. Very useful for keeping hair smooth and for styling. Easy to remove hair from the brush and keep it clean. This is actually my favorite brush ever! Will definitely buy and recommend Revlon brand for brushes to others.

I bought this brush for the first time about 10 years ago. It is very durable, but my toddler finally found a way to break the handle off. I liked it so much, that I reordered it and was excited to find that it still existed a decade later. I like that the bristles are kind of like soft brush bristles but also still have the ball at the end so it doesn't make my hair too staticky but also detangles while I dry my hair.

I'm so excited to find this brush. I have another one just like it and it's the best brush for blowing out my unruly curly hair. It has good grip the bristles are just right.

Better than expected! I have super fine and breakable hair and hair only used the bristle brushes. Tried this one and was hesitant because this one has prongs as well. But wow, I expected it to pull my hair out and it did the opposite! Barely lost hairs, it’s was super smooth, and even felt great. This is perfect for my type of hair! Wish I would’ve found this a long time ago!
