Smallish but it will work ok.
I really thought the bowl of the ladle would have been a bit larger. But I do like that it has the strainer on the other side. We are using it for a seafood boil.

It’s what I wanted!
I will use this for my canning jobs; excellent for tomatoes, especially. Good length, like the hook on the handle. Workmanship a little rough but priced well. I can work with it! These are hard to find!

DEFECTIVE
TERRIBLE quality of stainless steel. Multiple cracks and gaps in the metal's finish. I thought it might be a random defect and returned ladle #1. But the second one was even worse.
