Herbal Lax: Colon Cleanser (120 Tablets)

I take a small amount of the product before bed to stay regular. I take more when I eat foods that is harder to digest. The amount I take is in accordance to my digestive system. So the answer to how much you should take depends on your digestive system. For me, it works overnight which means I go in the mornings. If I don't go sometime the next morning then I know I did not take enough in accordance to what I ate the day before. Again, I take this product to stay healthy and not to resolve some serious issue. I've been taking it for years and I don't have any issues with being regular.

I wanted these to work really bad. I followed as directed and took them for about 30 days. Th stomach discomfort and constant feel of nausea was unbearable. I go pretty regularly and wanted more of a cleanse and it didn’t do that.
