The product is good, comes in a fine packaging. The only issue is that it has fine soil particles that you have to clean before soaking the chia seeds

This is an awesome product that really works. Just take normal diet (exclude junk food completely) and start consuming this Chia Seeds; it would give you amazing results. It also keeps you energetic all the time. This product is completely value for money.I take 2 spoons mixed in approx. 1 ltr warm water 3 times a day and it helped me reduce around 1.5 Kg in just 15 days.
