Does this pool cover have holes that let debris or does it have a mesh to keep junk out.

Drain holes just let the rain, leaves and tree dirt drain right back into your pool! I duck taped mine closed and it works much better. You must drain the top off after rain. Leave some slack in the cover for rain water. I put screen over the siphon hose to stop clogging. Use a ratchet strap with enough rope added to go around the pool and ratchet it tight to keep it from blowing off. Intex should make a cover without the holes too. Overall this is a good cover, Mine lasted 8 years with 2 times of replacing the Alum. Tape over the dumb holes.

Question 2

Will this fit an easy set up pool tight enough to not blow off? how does one secure it?

No. I had a horrible experience. You would be better of with a tarp. There is a rope that runs through the bottom so that you "can" tighten it. But as soon as you start to pull it tight, it rips the plastic, making it useless. Mine is at the bottom of my pool.

Will this cover a pro series 15 ft round metal frame pool?

It most likely should.  We were able to fit it over our 15 ft round collapsible pool.  However, when covering, you have to tighten it with the cord that comes with it.  When stormy, I would strategically prop handles of hoes, shovels and the pool ladder just under the top of the frame where the cover was draped over to prevent gusty winds from blowing it off which worked really well.   This year,  I plan to tie strong cords to one half side of the pool frame at fixed points, then stretch the cords across to the opposite side and tie them off.  Then we will stretch the pool cover across and tie it off and anchor it again.  This should help prevent the cover from sinking down into the pool and let the water drain better.  We live in a wooded area so our pool is placed near the edge, because of level ground,  thus, when it is stormy we get hit with leaves and debris.  It is hard to peel the cover back without the trapped water and debris falling in.   This should make it easier to peel back the cover when we want to get in the pool without the mess.   Since this cover does have drain holes, I prefer it over the solid ones.   The bubble wrap solar blanket works too and is well worth the investment when you want to warm up your pool after stormy weather.  Just don't spend too much on one.

Question 4

Can this cover be used for inflatable pool or only the ones with a metal frame?

We used it for our metal frame pool (and it was fine, lasted the very snowy winter) but it was a little larger circumference, so we ended up clamping it down on the sides.  Which is to say, it would probably also work for a inflatable, if you have a way to secure it
