Mugwort - Artemisia vulgaris Loose Leaf by Nature Tea (4 oz)

I’ve read previously that drinking mugwort tea before bed can help enhance the vividness of dreams. My intention was to help slip into a state of lucidity in my dreams. This product definitely helped in these areas.Mugwort itself has a strong, bark-like flavor. If you’re expecting it to taste like flowers or fruit, you will be disappointed. However, if you are looking for an earthy, warming drink before bed, this is a great tea to sip on.If you drink this tea daily it will probably take about 3 or 4 months before you finish the bag. This is a great deal for the price.

Seems effective for sleep and restlessness although im looking to make a mixture to optimize its effects(feel free to leave a comment letting me know any good ones), the taste is bitter though. Not something for enjoying lol.

I will be adding this seller to my faves. Wasn't sure what to expect new to herbs but this is certainly great quality. I rolled and smoked mine. I feel relaxed but not abnormal and I sleep so good. Thank you

I feel like this herb is pretty good quality. It does have a few more twigs/stems than I’d like but it’s still a pretty good deal. I made it into a tea and smoked it (along with other herbs). Both were pleasant experiences. I did have very vivid dreams the following night that I remember clearly. This is very uncommon for me and I’m sure it was the Mugwort working it’s magic. Can’t wait to continue using it.

Great quality, nice and fluffy, good for tea, but has stems that would be difficult to sort out if that's an issue for you.

As far as the quality of the product. I have nothing negative to say. It looks like a good quality mugwort from the little knowledge I have. The taste is bitter as a tea. Smoking or drinking it had no effect on my dreams.

I am a regular customer of this. It makes me sleep like a baby and I feel great when I wake up. Its said to make one dream, but it just makes me sleep really good.

I love mixing this with my green tea.
