Useful device
Bought to monitor the air quality in my living room and have used it for just over a month.Pros-Product appears to be accurate (although the only way I have of checking is against local air quality readings).Easy to navigate displays.Temperature can be displayed in either Celsius or Fahrenheit.Small unit.Cons-Unit has to be plugged in the whole time. Would be better if it was chargeable to aid portability.Does not come with a plug.Overall a good little device to have that has helped us identify the culprits contributing to poor air quality in house such as frying food and opening the oven door that can take it in to the hazardous zone! (Not the log burning stove). Temperature and humidity being included is a nice bonus as well. Shame its not more portable. Would recommend.

Works well
Nicely packaged, complete with a USB cable (about 1m long, so you may need a longer one). Works very well. The temp and humidity very closely match a different device, so they seem accurate. The particulate measurement also seems accurate. Having tried it in the kitchen it rapidly rises when frying and indeed just having the oven on (electric) causes it to climb a bit, as shown in the picture. We don't have a log burner or open fire, but it's interesting to see the high level of particulates you can be exposed to just from cooking or even burning a candle. Despite having a recirculating cooker hood, opening a window seems to have a significant benefit. Good little device.

Great monitor
The monitor is very helpful in understanding air quality. A neighbouring property has been burning things and the monitor has helped us understand how that is actually impacting our house air. I like it comes with a usb rather than plug as I can connect it to a portable battery and bring it anywhere. Works less reliably with wind outside but good indoors.

Two Bought, Two Broken on Arrival
I purchased two of these monitors from different sellers, and neither worked. They powered on, but the temperature reading was 5 degrees out and the air quality reading never read above 10 (considered good air), even when MDF dust was floating thickly all around. Can't help but conclude that this product is not only faulty, but it's also dangerous.

HEALTH
The device appears accurate as regards particulates and temperature when compared against external AQI measures from local weather stations. It certainly a good guide and shows adverse readings when my open fire suffers downdraft.Roastng potatoes and using a vacuum cleaner both produced unhealthy levels of pm2.5So does the job for me. Open windows as appropriate.I have given four star rather then five for accuracy as I cannot independently verify exact readings

It really works! Good quality, well packaged.
I bought this to measure the air quality as we live near a building site and can smell diesel.I have tested this device a number of different ways. Spraying a deodorant can made it go red and advised it was unhealthy! We had some work done in the house where there was a lot of sawing and electric tools being used.It smelled really badly. I turned on this device and it went blue and said Hazardous. I quickly opened all of the windows and it went down after about 20 minutes. This device totally works, if you want to know the air quality in your house I highly recommend it.

Effective with surprising results
I bought this product as I use a wood burning stove and there has been a lot of hype in the media on how damaging to health these can be owing to particulates entering the house and of course the environment.I only give a 4 for accuracy as I have no way of knowing how accurate it is but when used outside to check the published AQI the measurement was about that published so think it’s accurate.I have recorded a 100% spike following refuelling my stove as headlines suggest. WHO recommend safe level of 5. Yesterday outside AQI was 29! Inside the house it was 4. This spiked to 8 when I added a log to the fire but returned to 4 within 10 minutes. The highest I’ve recorded inside is over 50, why, because we fried some bacon! This device is great as it’s given me confidence that my stove is safe and will flag up any issues. It has also made me realise how Air Quality is affected by sanding, paint spraying and hairspray (dangerously high figure) so I am more likely to protect myself by wearing a mask. It’s also started me looking at AQI websites so sometimes it is not a good idea to open windows to let in “fresh air” as outside air is polluted.A great device highly recommended.Be aware it needs to be connected to mains or a battery (not supplied) via a usb cable which comes with device.

Stopped Working after 5 months
Was pretty happy with this but it stopped working after 5 months sat on the shelf in my kitchen. Just get a reading of zero for the particulates. Temp and humidity still work.
