Christopher Knight Home Toscana Outdoor Wicker Lounges, 4-Pcs Set, Multibrown

I was looking to expand my patio furniture inventory and looked up my purchase of these lounge chairs from 2016 so I could get pieces that match. And I could NOT believe how many negative reviews I read. People, I did my research. It's a sickness I have that you can benefit from. I bought these lounge chairs after lots of research (not JUST Amazon), and after FIVE YEARS of use, they look BRAND NEW! Well, one chair has about 4-5 wicker cracks, but honestly--that is amazing. The rest are almost flawless.OK, now the particulars. I live in Chicago. Not Cali, not FL--Chicago. Weather here is never kind. And my house backs up to a forest that mercilessly drops an endless array of debris on my deck and chairs. These chairs are outside from April-November. The rest of the time, they're in my garage attic. If you're not storing your chairs in harsher climates, which I suspect some of these reviewers aren't, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT? Give them a break in the off-season and they will pay you back with years of dependable use. They break down to almost nothing and store VERY easily. I would bet, that even a decent cover over them in the winter would work just fine. These lounge chairs are a terrific value. With a little common sense and care, they'll last you a long time.And did I mention they look super sleek and modern? I'm very picky for that stuff, but these chairs deliver. The coloring is really well done and believable, and if you opt for cushions (you don't really need them FYI), they will really pop off this gorgeous dark brown.I always hate reviews on Amazon for items people have not yet received or only had for a day. I've had these for 5 YEARS. Unless the manufacturer changed the buildout (possible I guess, but not likely), these chairs are rock solid. Buy them.

If you're looking a chair to spend a chunk of money on that will only last a couple of seasons, then these are for you. I purchased a set of 4 of these chairs, considered a large purchase for me to make. The were great the first season. By the second season, they were rusting everytime we would move them around (see the rust spots in the picture around the chair!) and the wicker weaving was so weak that everytime we moved around in them we would poke through. The wicker is completely breaking now! And yes, we stored them in the winter, so here, our season lasts maybe 4 months. In the end, we enjoyed them the first season - they're comfortable and look nice. By the end of the second season, I was regretting spending that much on them, and now we're entering into this season and we are starting over and these are all going to the trash. Don't waste your money!

I love the look of these chairs and they are wonderful...except for the RUST. I have light decking and we have rust spots everywhere. I'm not sure if you can seal the chairs before use. I'm actually returning the chairs after battling Rust spots all summer. I'm really bummed because these chairs look great with this one major exception.

I just received our order of the Lakeport Outdoor lounge chairs. These appear to be well-made, and are very comfortable without a cushion. The back rest is easy to adjust and the lounge chairs have a high-end appearance, similar to what you would find at a resort or up-scale hotel. They arrived well protected, two per box, and were completely assembled. Nothing to do but remove, fold out the legs, and enjoy. As other reviewers mentioned, the legs will fold in if you drag the lounger without lifting one end of lounger up. The only suggestion I would make is for the manufacturer to incorporate a simple lock mechanism for the legs once they are folded out. We also purchased two "Best Choice Products Patio Umbrella Stand Wicker Rattan Outdoor Furniture Garden Deck Pool" tables and new umbrellas to place between each pair of lounge chairs. They are a very close match to the lounge chair wicker and the perfect size and height for the loungers. If anyone knows of a good cover that will fit over all four loungers when stacked, please share. I would certainly recommend these chaise loungers for anyone wanting a comfortable lounger with a high-end look.

I read all the bad reviews AFTER I had already purchased. I was scared to death and considered returning them. Well, I must say that mine have held up pretty good for the month I've had them. The wicker is kind of thin, so I can see where it may deteriorate with extreme sun exposure, but it seems to be a pretty good buy. It's been in the rain a couple of times, and so far I don't have any rust spots or deteriorating metal, so I'm hopeful that they will last me at least a couple of years. I did however purchase some covers so I can do my best to protect them. They come in tomorrow and I will begin to cover them when not in use so maybe that will help further. Oh, they get really hot when in the sun, so I'm purchasing some chaise cushions. If I begin to have problems I'll be sure to come back and update my review.

We loved these chairs when they first came… Looked great and pretty comfortable even without a cushion. Now in our second season of using them, the wicker has fallen apart and two out of four of the chairs are unusable. The other two I was able to duct tape them as in the picture so they were somewhat usable. When the sun hits these chairs the wicker turns so soft and any amount of weight just breaks the chair. I’ve given up on wicker… Time to go to wood or metal. I also had the rust issue with these chairs but washed it off as soon as it happened and it didn’t stain my deck.
