I’ve had Vibram 5 finger shoes and they were a Royal pain to put on so I never wore them and then donated the $120 Vibes to a transient. But intermittent foot/arch/heel/hip pain (foot bone connected to the ..ankle bone.. ankle bone connected to the ..leg bone.. leg bone connected to the.. hip bone…) prompted me to revisit why the heck am I hurting being so fit, good diet etc. After research I finally understand that feet have muscles and using shoes w arch support, albeit initially comfortable, do not “exercise” those foot muscles and they will continue to atrophy, get lazy and cause pain from stem to stern. I didn’t wanna shell out a ridiculous amount for vibrams, tadeevo, xero etc so I read the reviews on these, looked at buyer pics and decided to give em a shot. Well let me tell you they are a solid, very wide toe box , minimalist shoe that have zero drop and no arch support, which is good if you want to “cure” your foot pain (google stack block, and northwest foot for videos on what you need to do). And you can put ‘em on in 5 seconds with the speed laces instead of 5 minutes like vibrams. I have a wide foot and they fit great. I wear a women’s 9 which is what I ordered and will be exchanging for a 10 simply bc my toes touch the end of the shoe. Unfortunately there are no 1/2 sizes so we’ll see if the 10 works. The final selling point before I pulled the trigger and made Bezos a other $30 bucks was that I can wear my “Correct Toes” with these which of course I didn’t know for sure when I bought them but after I got em, put the CT’s on, there’s was plenty of lateral width for my toes to spread out and not be squished. As previously stated, I’ll just exchange for the size 10 because I need a slightly longer shoe. The price is definitely right and I would buy them again and again. Oh and a side note.. when I got these, I walked 2 miles on a dirt trail with CT’s in place and zero foot pain where as before I couldn’t go to the grocery store in my daily “high arch support” flip flops without suffering within 15 minutes. And just so you know.. no, I’m not a paid reviewer nor did I receive anything free for this review.9-17-2021 UPDATE: got the size 10 yesterday and they’re perfect. Definitely recommend!1-7-2022 UPDATE: I have worn these pretty much on a daily basis at the gym, not outside, since purchase. Ie-they’ve gotten punished! They have held up beautifully. Not even a hint of tread separation or material tears.se photos. Get yourself a pair!7-13-2022 UPDATE: In short..one of the most durable shoe of any kind I’ve owned. I’m still trying to make these things fail but they keep on keeping on. Not even a hit of cracking, the sole peeling away… nothing! Buy them.. like stop reading this now and go buy them!

Perfect. This is my 2nd pair of L-Run shoes. They are absolutely perfect. I will be buying more of them.These are the most comfortable and well-fitting barefoot shoes ever. They are very slip resistant and have excellent arch support without being tight or binding. The heel of the shoe holds my bony heel perfectly and the toe box is the perfect size.They come in lots of colors, and while I am not a huge fan of the "festive" and peculiar look of barefoot shoes, I do believe I may be getting into the spirit of things.These are the best priced and most perfect barefoot shoes I have tried. No other brands I have tried even come close.Whether I am lifting weights indoors or hiking through the canyon, these just work.

As water shoes go, these are probably one of my favorites. Comfortable, easy to get on, roomy toe area. NOT sand proof. Keeps large pebbles and shells out and protects the sole of your foot. However, while walking several miles on the beach, I thought I was feeling sand in the shoe, but it was actually rubbing the skin on the arch and a spot near my big toe. I’m going to try adding an insole to see if that solves the issue.

I love these shoes. They are like wearing nothing! They conform to your foot like a supportive hug. While they are a knockoff of a name brand, they seem to be well made.I would always buy name brand, overly priced, overly padded tennis shoes. After an hour or so, they would pinch my toes, and I’d be miserable. I wore these shoes for hours and never felt a bit of pain.If you have arch problems and need arch support, they might not be for you, but I do think an orthotic insert could be helpful.The white and peachy color are extremely cute without clashing with other colors I wear.I’m sold on barefoot shoes!

These water shoes are wonderful! They are lightweight. They are comfortable and easy on and off. They look good too! I’m loving them! Great buy!

10 womens/8.5 Mens White/Blue Velcro StrapThese fit my right foot perfectly (it's longer than my left foot), but irritated a bunyon or callous or blister I'm getting on my pinky toe on my wider left foot. This is probably from needing a wider toe box which has me shoe shopping this week.It's a good looking shoe that would be perfect for kayaking and stepping on rocks to get to deeper water, but probably too heavy for swimming other than a quick dip. They would also work well on a dock or pool side or at the beach.I would not listen to any arm chair podiatrist telling you to throw away inserts or shoes with arch supports because although someone lighter, younger and in good shape could walk around in these longer than what they're meant for, they are not meant for running or extended hiking or walking. These should not replace good running, hiking, or walking shoes. They also did not conform to whatever knobby thing is going on with my left toe and although they have a decent toe box, can not be compared to say a New Balance walking or running shoe and they don' claim to.I can't recommend them if you need more support--talk to your doctor--or if you have arthritis or something bumpy going on in your toes, but if you're only worried about width and need them for water sports maybe give them a try. I take a women's 10 2E and may need a smidge larger and it fit my right foot fine.I'm not sure how long the velcro patch would last which became a problem on a pair of Nike water shoes, but it closes fine, no gap as a reviewer described.The price is right, I love the look, they would be great for water sports, but unfortunately my knobby left toe didn't let me keep them.
