Works perfect in my 2009 Sonata Limited
Took a little patience and watching a video on how to, but was pretty easy to replace the this latch on the center console of my 2009 Sonata limited. Now it doesn't constantly pop up and hit my arm. Took maybe 30 minutes taking it easy. I mostly watched the videos to see how to properly place the latch and springs correctly since mine had completely come apart.

Doesn’t fit 2006 Sonata. I regret buying this product. I’ll return it.

FYI this is the latch for the LOWER compartment door. If you aren't detailed oriented like me and you need to fit the lower latch and bought this upper latch anyway, don't worry. This will also work for the lower one but you'll have a little play in the door. It didn't bother me enough to return and get the proper part so I'm satisfied.
