Periodic maintenance on Montana 2740
This makes the engine shut off which is very important. Also make sure you have a good battery as that is what provides the electricity to trigger the solenoid to cut the fuel to the motor after the switch is turned off. The last one was good for 17 years so I guess it was time to swap out. Easy install. I did this plus the ignition switch and the relay start all at the same time. Tractor is running like new. This was on a Montana 2740. The vendor was top shelf and shipped it the next business day.
