I am a seamstress so I tend to be critical of things like this I purchase. I was pleasantly surprised to see this quilt is well made and very pretty. Fits nicely on a queen sized bed.

and just what I was looking for. It’s lightweight, but far from flimsy. I bought the King size for a Queen bed, which was the right thing to do. After washing and a turn in the dryer, I was very happy to see that it covered the mattress on the sides and end right down to the box spring, and left a bit to fold down at the pillow end. The shams also fit well with extra room, depending on the size of your pillows. I would definitely buy this again.

This quilt is very soft, and very generously sized. I have a queen bed but bought the king size because I've had problems in the past with the queen dimensions being too skimpy. This fits my bed almost like a bedspread. The king sized shams are going to be way too big for my queen pillows, but I may not use them. There is plenty of length to go over the pillows. I love the soft, cottagey look of the quilt. I found that it is much paler in color tone than the photo shows. Thought it was going to be more tones of indigo, but that is not the case. A little disappointed with that, but I still plan on keeping it. I wish it was a little more thick overall so it might be used on cold winter nights, but I will try it and maybe it will be warm enough. If your decor trends to cottage or vintage, this is a very good choice for a bed cover.

There’s nothing about this quilt that I dislike Laura Ashley ‘s products are top-of-the-line good value for your money washes in the washer and dries just beautifully soft lightweight, and beautiful. I would recommend.

This a great summer comforter. Everything is as described and very well put together.

I love the quality of Laura Ashley cotton quilts and sheet sets. Looks just like the picture. I bought the twin size set. It washed up really nice in cold water and dried it in the dryer with no problems. Its light and airy but warm enough for cool summer nights.
