No instructions but good hardware
Hardware seems to be good quality, there was no instruction in the box but I used a 5/16 drill bit and drilled though my tile into the subfloor the length of the anchor. Tighten the anchor down installed the stopper. Pretty easy but I would still like to see some instructions on bit size and all that.

Only comes with concrete anchor hatdware
Good hardware with no instructions. To install in tile with concrete foundation, you will need a 1/4" ceramic bit and a 1/4" masonry bit. Drill down about 2.5 ", tap bolt in with a hammer, tighten nut to expand anchor bolt, screw on top piece. Ez

Solid nice door stop!
The item looks very sturdy and packaged nice and neatly without any damage. I unfortunately had to return it because my carpenter says it can’t be installed on tile over concrete, although, I believe I have seen it on tile before but couldn’t be positive. It can go directly into a concrete floor though.

Does not work for a wood floor
The product description should specifically say that it's for a masonry floor.
