Q: is the top soft feeling like sheets so that clients can lay directly on this? and is the bottom like plastic waterproof/sweatproof?

The top is actually waterproof and can be wiped. It is soft to the skin though, like a pliable rain jacket or windbreaker. You will need a table warmer, because it is cool to the touch.

Q: Can it be used over a table warmer?

That’s what I use it for. So far, so good. I bought a second one for the mat of a portable infrared sauna as well. It seems to be fine for that too.

Q: Can you fold the table with it on?

I could fold my strong lite table.
