Melted chocolates
The media could not be loaded. Disappointingly all chocolates had melted and re-solidified and inedible. Can’t seem to return or request a refund for this item.

Good customer Service
Edit: Customer service was sooo good - they saw my review below and offered to compensate me for it. Very impressed and I am in love with Monty again!All crumbled and flat. They were melted and solidified again. I nearly gave this as a gift. Bought two boxes, luckily. Ate one from one box and it was all crumbled (despite seeing the white and seeing that it was melted solidified again)I could see all of the one box was this way. Would never have felt confident to give it as gift. Second box was the same.Was happy to eat it if it had any taste left. But it tasted like nothing. Will be binned as can’t be returned.

Delicious truffles
The first truffles which arrived seemed to have melted en route and then reformed into squished flat pieces within their individual packets. When Monty Bojangles read my original review they sent me some replacement ones - great customer service!

Fantastic customer service
I bought a pack of these delicious chocolates as a gift for my wife. The initial delivery came on time as expected but the product had been exposed to high temperatures in transit and the chocolates had all melted. The team at Monty Bojangles were fantastic and quickly sent a replacement pack which arrived in pristine condition. Thank you Monty Bojangles fantastic customer service.

Memorable eating experience
This was a birthday present from our grandson to his Mum. He likes the packaging and knows that he is giving her something she thoroughly enjoys. The truffles are heavenly to eat and each one needs concentration and to be savoured, whereas a bar of ordinary chocolate is quickly gone, often without remembering its passing! My daughter does a lot of craft work and pretty, sturdy boxes become either storage or repurposed as gifts.
