Amazingly bright. I use these in my house front and they work great. It was nice to be able to go outside afterhours and be able to see well, without bugs attacking me.

I bought these for my front porch as the current energy efficient light bulb is almost 10 years old and quite dim. WOW! I couldn't believe the difference! Even though this is a yellow bug light the amount of light is FANTASTIC!!! When I turn it on it's like daytime on my porch! I couldn't be more pleased. To think that this is a 15 Watt LED boggles the mind. It's more like a 100 Watt bulb from "back in the day"! As I don't have a motion detector on my fixture I can't speak to the motion detection. With California demanding everyone use less energy (for which, of course, our rates go up because we're complying and conserving), I'd say this is a great choice for an outdoor bulb. Hoping the longevity of it is as rated - makes the bulb well worth every penny!!

What can you say about a light bulb, except that it does its menial task well and without fuss. These are not cheap, but if they last as LEDs are supposed to, they are a bargain. They put out plenty of light, and even in a ceramic sconce they light up my dooryard nicely. I will buy them again, but I hope not for several years. I would give them more stars except I can only do that after using them for years.

Have used lower power bug light bulbs for the side door, but they didn't give enough light for me to see to get my key in the lock. Bit early in the season to be sure it won't attract bugs, but it looks right, and I can see now like I could with the old white bulb that, of course, used to attract clouds of bugs, and it uses less power than the regular bulb did.

They are very bright, and produce very little heat. Just what I wanted. I hope they last for years.

I live in a pretty moderate climate and one of these bulbs lasted in a motion-activated outdoor fixture for a little over a year before it needed replacement. It's plenty bright when new but a one-year lifespan is a little underwhelming.

I recently went thru a divorce and moved out of my home into an apartment. The complex has automatic outdoor lights next to every door that come on at night. The light was attracting a ridiculous amount of bugs at night and when I would try to go inside alot would get into my place it became annoying so I did some research and bought these bulbs. They are AMAZING they worked way better than I expected now I have ZERO FLYING BUGS NEAR MY DOOR AT NIGHT. I can finally walk into my apartment in peace without worrying about trying to kill a million bugs Everytime I enter! Thank you again for a great product you earned a customer for life!
