Worked perfectly as a replacement.
This worked perfectly as a replacement for one of my two kitchen ceiling lights. This saved me having to replace both lights (both over 15 years old and no longer made). Easy to take old part out and this one fit perfectly into place.

Exact Replacement—Works Perfectly
My dual circular-tube fluorescent kitchen light fixture suddenly stopped working. Both tubes wouldn’t light and after some testing determined the ballast failed. I didn’t want to replace the fixture, so I did a search for the number on the old ballast. I was directed to this item. The new ballast is a direct replacement with two screws holding it to the fixture. The hardest part of the repair was taking down the light fixture and reinstalling it after the repair.Note: The old ballast was UL listed, but the new one was not.

Works fine
Bought it to replace the ballast in my kitchen light (I have a matching pair, so replacing both fixtures because of one blown ballast did not sound appealing). Had to file the mounting hole a bit (quite a bit) but overall, not very difficult to install.Works great, saved me a lot of money.

Fixed my lights
Fixed my lights. Perfect replacement. Tried new bulbs and that didn’t do the trick. I’d give 5* but Amazon or seller cancelled my order and raised the price so I paid 33% more when I re-ordered.

Light not working
Purchased this to repair my light. Not able to get a light that would match the other one in the room. Did not what to replace both lights because of the one not working. Easy to replace. Works fine now.
