I was first introduced to black fermented garlic two years ago. Knowing full well that garlic is very beneficial to human health, such as lowering cholesterol and supporting immune system, I was very curious about this version of garlic. I ordered a sample and liked it very much. Black fermented garlic has a mild, almost delicate taste, and yet it is flavorful and highly enjoyable. It can be consumed on its own or placed in salads. This particular version of black fermented garlic was outstanding. I highly recommend this product to anyone who likes to try something different. Black fermented garlic is one of my favorites!

I’ve been using this product for several years. No guarantee that what works for me will work for you but my overall cholesterol went from 239 to190 after I started eating one piece of fermented garlic every day, no prescription drugs. It’s worth a try, as long as you check with your doctor first.

Being it was my first experience with black garlic i didn't know what to expect. I was taking a clove of garlic a day and it was "spicy", suffice to say the black garlic is sweeter than it is spicy/savory. Over all it was a delight and it will definitely be added to my regular repeat purchases.

Product arrived and the sealed foil top had a cut in it, the seal was lifted and product sticky staining was on the outside of the seal
