This is the second EarthLite half bolster and I love it! As a mobile massage therapist, I need something light that fits easily in my massage bag.I purchased the half jumbo bolster, but I didn’t realize how big it was! So I returned it.I put the green half bolster next to my older purple round bolster. They’re the same length. I only use the round bolster when my regular clients ask for it. The round bolster is nicer, but I have to carry it separately. It doesn’t fit in my massage bag. It’s much bulkier.Some people complained that the half bolster is “not a real” bolster or you can’t even feel it, and while it’s true, that it doesn’t support the client as well as a larger bolster, I’ve been using this style for years.I chose it for convenience and practicality purposes. It holds up well for many years, as long as you take care of it, like anything. It’s not as flimsy as other people have claimed.If I had a massage studio, I would have different sized bolsters to choose from.

I use this half bolster pillow in bed to relieve hip joint pain. I place it under my knees when sleeping on my back and between them when sleeping on my side. It is the only thing that lets me sleep on my side without pain. I totally love it!

It's OK. I have the jumbo one which is too bulky, however I find this one too flat. One in between the two would be perfect for most people.

My clients like to use this instead of a regular pillow. It supports the neck and allows the spine to remain straight.
