Fabric colors don’t match
I ordered two of the dark gray benches together, and the fabric on one bench is lighter than the other. I am so irritated by this. I love the benches. They were easy to assemble and seem very sturdy, but I’m having issues with the slightly different colors. Both of the boxes had “medium gray” written on them. I’ll be contacting the company about this.

Its Medium Oak NOT Walnut
Listing said it was Walnut so i thought it would match my Walnut Baxton Studio platform bed but i see further in the details in the listing, it says Medium Oak so it doesnt match afterall. Very disappointed.

No customer support for missing parts
My bench is missing the hardware so it is unusable. When I try to get support to talk to someone it shows a black error screen. Help, please.Super bummed that I can’t use the bench because it is beautiful.
