Pondexpo was the seller and service and installation support and delivery accelerator and fish acclimation and open line to all questions.Best product and service support I have ever had. Bill Mason is the greatest.Had prior emergency need on my previous filter where he had nothing to gain but to just help out. Super person.

Don't mess around with other filters!!!
Fabulous filter for my 1000 gal pond....I have a lot of fish so I have three running inside a "filter shed"....awesome filter...does the job....easy to backwash...my hands don't have to get wet washing filter foam material.....I have each pump on it's own power strip and hit the off...turn the valve...hit the power to backwash and then same to rinse....really easy, as I heat my pond all winter....I replace the inner beads once a year...

Seems to be doing the job. Easy to install. Water is clear now after several weeks. Also installed 40 watt UV light with it.

Best filter for pool and fish tank
I use it on a 720 gallon fish tank, it is the best filter I have ever used, cleans out fish waste super fast, maintenance is super easy, all you need to do is backwash the filter when you do water change. It works better when you use a pump with higher hp.
