great customer service
This was my second board. The first one lasted over a year before a slider became an issue. I replaced the board because eventually the frames were slid so many times the numbers were starting to wear off. Not a problem as it was used weekly and held up, as stated, for over a year. The second one had 3 or 4 frames that would not slide on first use. I contacted seller and received a replacement board very quickly. Recommend board.

Will Work but Wish I had Gotten the Thicker Cards Instead
Not bad. I thought I was getting the super thick stitched version of cards which are basically more durable and about the same price. These are not those and are not woodgrain as described. They are tan as pictured. These cards are great for home play but I would recommend the thicker ones if you're planning to use them on a regular basis. These are cardboard and not as thick. Also I got 24 instead of 25 with 3 cards being identical. I notified Amazon and had a replacement set sent that came within a couple days. I do have to return the unwanted boards or I will be charged. I originally asked if I could just get replacements for the duplicates and missing cards or if I could notify the seller for this directly but this was their remedy. I just have to make a trip to UPS. Just check your cards upon arrival. I think you will enjoy these.

sliding plastic number covers faulty !
What a waste of money. I received product and copius number coverings were askew. Don't bother ordering this. I am certain the sellers are WELL AWARE of the low quality product this is. Useless.

Hard to use
The slides were hard to move. I loved the large size but sent it back because it was difficult to use.

The sliders don't slide easy because they are too thin.
The durability is not very good. They are too thin causing problems like not sliding and bending going sideways. We can see this board alot easier.

Jumbo Bingo Shutter Master Board - Giant Calling Card with Sliding...The item looks nice but there’s a lot of sliding covers that are broken some doesn’t moved, some are not a attached well too wiggly.
