Q: Are these seamless on the shoulders?

Yes, there are seams on the shoulders. The thread is soft (not the nylon kind that itches) and the seam is relatively small. My husband has never mentioned it in any way, so I assume that it isn't a problem. Good luck...these are really good shirts.

I wash mine in the washing machine but I now turn them inside out . I keeps the color longer

I'd recommend handwashing since washing in my machine (on the gentle cycle, no less) was too rough for the "fragile" CK seams.
