Mix 1 scoop (approximately 26g), with 500ml-1000ml water. Complete Pump Pre-Workout should be used approximately 30-45 minutes prior to training. We recommend consuming plenty of water throughout your workout. Warning: This product must be consumed with lots of water, otherwise it can cause dehydration.
