Easy to use , connected to my laptop so quickly , and when it does disconnect its super easy to reconnect it , recommend this item

The media could not be loaded. WOW. I just love this thing! I'm an average computer user, decent mechanic, like to tinker, big DIY geek and a jack of all trades.Spent about an hour setting this up, instaling drivers and software. Watched 2 vids on youtube. Was converting images to vector files and used the pen holder to test my first print/cut within 2 hours of unboxing.Next day I created all the decals for my motorcycle I was going to pay to have made, then made a few t shirts and other decals.Worked great! I set speed to 190mm/sec and 130g for pressure and seemed to just work wonderfull for my Oracal 651 decal media and some Cricut Everyday Iron media a local craft store sells.Getting better with the software and modifying vectors. Need to pay atention to which select tool you are using. One modifys points of the vector, and then you cant move or scale images, click the other select tool and you can select and scale images. Can print a multi color job, printer popup lets you select color to print, or you can click on an image in your workspace to just print that image only, say to recut the third letter in a logo cause you messed up that one weeding the entire image.I can see using this thing allot!

the pinch rollers will not move, the pinch rollers leave tracks on the vinyl. the customer web site is really hard to use and almost impossible to get service. the carriage with blade has destroyed the vinyl and can't get the machine to cut without tearing up vinyl.

So far so good. I've only used it a handful of times and it has worked wonderfully so far .

It's a hoax to advertise it as 14 inches and there is only 8 inch space to cut. The machine is noisy

Upon opening the package, we noted that it appeared that it had been dropped, mar/dent on the upper left side. We decided to let that go, thinking it wouldn't affect the performance. It did not. However, the connector for the cutter to the computer had problems as well. I did print three things, they came out really nice. However, when I removed the cable from the computer to the cutter, the plastic fitting broke off in the cable and I've had to buy a replacement part to fix that. Not sure if this is just poorly constructed, or if this was just a unit that had problems before it left the factory. I saw some negative things, and I ignored them since some people just aren't pleased with anything. Well.....Beware! I've tried to call to get some help, but after several attempts I wound up buying more parts to fix it. The negative reviews are true!

It's a basic machine but it does it job with no issues. Calling it a 14in machine is misleading. The widest material you can run on the machine is 12 inches. The machine works for what I need it for but those 2 extra inches would be nice.
