This is the first time working with these type of headphones, they're amazing Very light comfortable, and they do cancel out the sound and and my speech is very clear when talking to customers.

This headset is really worth buying. I wasn't expecting it to be this good with the sound quality, noise cancelling, etc because of the lower price. However I was really surprised at how great this works! It really delivers what I need to WAH, the price was right and it came super fast too. If there's one thing i wish was different, i wish the cord was a little longer but it's not a deal breaker.

I started working from home, primarily on the phones, and needed a headset. I tried 3 different versions from Amazon and this one has been my favorite. I wanted the single ear type so I could hear other noises and not fall into the "yell to hear myself" trap from using double ears. This was easy to use, just plug it into my USB port, pretty comfy on the ear. What I'm not crazy about: the sound isn't the greatest, sometimes it sounds a bit hollow, but works fine for hearing others speak. While I love the buttons on the cord that allow you to adjust the volume, on me the switch is almost exactly where my desk edge is, so I have to be careful I don't accidentally hit the buttons if I lean forward. I use the little clip on my clothes to keep the cord higher up but would prefer if I didn't have to. My favorite part and why I like this one the best is the adjustable mic. The other headsets I tried had a very firm, straight mic and this one is super bendy, you can angle it to get really close to your mouth which helps people hear me. Great price too. I'm getting a second one for a backup.

I work from home doing customer service and I use this headset around 8 hours a day. A comfort headset is extremely important to me. I was so excited to try this callez headset when I got it. This is an absolutely fantastic headset, much more comfortable than my previous headsets. I bought some other headsets and they were too tight on my big head hurting my ears. This one is lightweight and headband is fully adjustable to fit my head well and I can wear it all day long.The sound quality is great, the microphone picks up my voice accurately. Clients can hear me and I can hear them well.The most affordable USB headset for computer calls. I would definitely recommend it for professional use.

I purchased this headset over a year ago and love it. I use it for virtual meetings at work. I've been told that the sound is clear for others and I've had times where there are loud noises going on around me and those in the meeting with me did not hear them. I decided to buy another headset since I love the one I have and wanted a backup on case something breaks. The set that was sent to me did not work, but the Callez customer service was prompt in troubleshooting with me and ultimately sent me a new one with a quick turnaround. I prefer the headsets with a cord because I like to be able to see that the mute button is working and find they connect more seamlessly with my work computer. Don't hesitate to buy this if you're looking for a budget friendly good corded headset!

Update: The seller immediately contacted me and replaced the headset when i contacted them. Great customer service!Update: Today is the10th day that I have had this headset & it just went bad on me while working. At first it was great but now it is stuck on mute. I will not buy again. This was a waste of money. I don't even think I will buy any more from Amazon either.This is a great headset. It came in nice packaging, very professional looking. It is very comfortable, has good noise cancelation, mute button & arrived quickly. I work from home & my headset went out while working. I ordered this one and it came the next day! I will purchase again if needed.

I use these headphones for my WFH job they work fine but after a while my Patients say they hear my kids in the background but they only hear them if they close up to me but I still personally love them I would like them more if they were Bluetooth but I still love them 🫶🏼
