Really beautiful headlight assemblies
The fit was on point for my 08 suburban. Led c light nice even glow. The high and low beam light was at normal light. I’m more of an led guy and believe me, to find answers wasn’t easy. But I got both high and low led installed. I order the s&d h7 led d476. And they slipped in very easy and sturdy. Only part is that I used a 1 3/8” hole saw bit, which fit perfectly in the extra low beam cover that has a hole already (which is included). I had to make it bigger so the little box that connected to the h7 will fit through. Perfect fit. The for the high beam I’d recommend an hid kit size h1 if you don’t want any hassle installing it. But like I said, I’m an led kind of guy. So I ordered the lasfit h1 led, assuming the fan wouldn’t be an issue since it was smaller. But it was. So I got creative, if you still want to put led then you’ll have to remove the bulb then unscrew the 2 small screws so you can remove the little housing. Remove the bulb clip from the assembly. And you’ll be using that clip for reference because you’ll be bending wire to match it. But the one you create will have a shorter bend to fit between the gap from the fan to the bulb (washer like disc). Then you assemble the bulb to the assembly with your new clip then you can put the that into the headlight, put the screws back in and put back the rubber cover, it will fit. Remember when connecting the new led’s make sure the polarity are correct. Works and looks amazing. Hopefully this helps since there is no solid answers to install led lighting since everywhere says you can’t. Good luck I’ll try to make a YouTube video to help better

Cool lights. Not the easiest install
Lights look great in my opion. Everything was plug and play as far as wiring. Kind of neat they have the c bar set to plug right into the drl bulb plug.I wouldnt call install a breeze but thats chevys fault. I dont know why they couldnt just use pins like older trucks. This is not an easy 5 minute install.Theres 2 10mm bolts easy access in the engine bay, but there is another conveniently tucked behind the bumper you have to pull the 2 bolts and 3 or 4 trim clips out of the wheel well liner and pull it back while trying to get the socket on the bolt with half your arm awkwardly positioned behind the bumper to get to it.After that the housing is free, you have to move it back and forth and get it just right to pull oem out. It was easiest to pull the light out just a bit to get the pins in the pack to clear and then pull the grill side of the light out and rotate it while pulling out. (Its a little hard to explain but youll see what I mean if you pull the trigger)Putting the new light in is the same thing in reverse. It is an extremely tight fit. (Again this is chevys fault its a weird design) Youve gotta get the fender side of the light in first and then scoot it back while rotating it but also being careful not to break the plastic pins.

Not worth the time to install unless you put in the time waterproof the wire harness
The LED U-Bar is NOT wired to be DRL so evidently their claims that this is the difference for V2 are false. They looked great and gave great light right up to the point that they stopped working…The problem is terrible wiring engineering that failed to assure the plugs are water sealed, and headlights easily get water spray from driving in the rain.Unspecified warranty policy: 60 days money back / 90 days exchange… doesn’t even trust their own product to warranty for a full year. The problem I experienced was that in roughly 10 months water easily penetrated the unsealed low beam plug, damaging both the light’s plug and the 2009 Chevrolet Tahoe’s shorts headlight wiring harness. Have replaced bulb and headlight harness without remedy and now am stuck jury rigging a replacement plug. The problem is totally preventable if they would seal the headlight plugs where the wire enters the plug (like everyone else does). If you need to buy these:1) get the protection plan2) use dielectric grease in the connection3) use silicone sealant to seal the wire entry points (if that doesn’t void the protection plan)Or4) get different onesEdit: Was going to give 2 stars but with the DRLs not even being as advertised I couldn’t justify it.

2013 Suburban Z71. Look great and slightly brighter than stock
2013 Suburban Z71. The install was pretty straightforward. Be careful of the connectors, one connector pin bent on me a bit but after fixing that everything worked correctly. After a few weeks I haven't seen anything adverse from these. I was unsure of these after reading some of the reviews but if you get passed the reviews that just complain about GM design these are a really good option for a good price.

Great style and/or function upgrade for Tahoe or Suburban
I really like the look of these lights. The LED beam is crisp and has a distinct fall-off line, which makes it easier to aim the lights so as to not blind oncoming traffic. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. Now for the less-than-great bits. The light beam trends blue at the edges. It isn't a major problem, it just shows how low the CRI (Color Rendering Index) is for these lights. The only other thing (if you could even call it a gripe) is that, after buying these, I found a set that the DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) also flashed amber for the turn signals. These do not.Again, a good product that is - in my opinion - a definite upgrade to my Suburban.

Good fit.. good looks .. lens started to melt
I am a car audio installer and have put many lights in similar to this. I noticed immediately that the HID light caused the drivers lens to get really hot. WELL after I got them both put in I let them stay in for about 15 minutes and the drivers side lens started to melt where the light was focused on it. Have not contacted any one yet. I'm sure they will take care of it.On the other hand they fit really good and look fantastic when installed. Oh and the pass side led ring didnt workIt had come unplugged inside the housing. I was lucky enough to be able to pull the plug out and reconnect it.
