Skechers Men's Selmen-enago Trail Oxford Hiking Shoe

Fits true to size. They do need a break-in period of at least 2 miles. At first, my left ankle was rubbing in the edge of the shoe opening. But after 1.3 miles, it stopped rubbing. It is a stable shoe, good for hiking. Cushioning is okay, not great. For the price of around $55, there are no better hikers, and these are waterproof!

I ordered 13 extra wide and that is exactly what I got. It's hard to find any shoes wide enough but these feel great! I was worried at first because because the size box just on the tongue just showed 13 but when I put them on they were definitely extra wide. The model number on the same tag did have the EWW on the end too, so if you get the extra wide don't be fooled by the size on the tongue not showing EW like other brands do. I would definitely buy these again.

I'm on my third pair of these because overall I really like them, but the insoles that come with them are thin, uncomfortable, and wear out very quickly.

I wear these shoes every day and they have lasted forever. Worth the money.

It's definitely a Sketchers fit, roomy, but with a good fit.I'm just "breaking" mine in, because most shoes they make require little to no break in period...but this is a stiffer hiking boot, a real low cut hiking boot, disguised as a Sketcher's. Read some of the other reviews- where this type came apart somewhere between the shoe and the sole. I suspect those folks were getting theirs wet alot, then perhaps hiking in them again without drying them out. I hike in So. Cal, where it's mostly dry, so I think mine should hold up much better, like Sketchers typically do...We shall find out!😁

The media could not be loaded. We received used shoes! I am absolutely grossed out but my husband needed shoes fast for work. He's an emergency responder and had no time for a return. He is forced to wear some ones shoes. They are fitted for someone else's feet. you can see the scuffs on the top and there is wear on the bottoms as well. There are some sort of splash marks on them.

I bought these shoes looking for comfort and durability. I work a variety of jobs that demand long hours of standing and many miles of movement per day. I’ll say these shoes certainly met my demand for comfort, however they simply did not live up to the durability I needed. Within about three weeks, the insoles began to crack and rip apart, and after about 4 weeks, the sidewall began to show weakness and the outer toe of the sole began to peel. Again, I am certainly not easy on them, but for those looking for a shoe that will hold up to daily wear, long hours outdoors, and many miles of walking, I would not recommend these.
